Upstairs, you have a lofted primary bedroom with a shared bathroom with the only shower and then there’s two bedrooms upstairs that share another bathroom with a heavenly clawfoot tub for soaking! Waterside deck for enjoying the views & steps down to the smooth rock ledge which at high tide makes for easy swimming access. Brick patio with table, chars & umbrella for gatherings & meals. Cozy up on the screened porch & read your fav novel or just nap in the sofa. So many nooks to explore in this tribute to yesteryear! Guest access There is access to everything in the house, except the basement and one owner closet upstairs. Other things to note This house is like a time capsule. It is a super comfortable house with many rooms to explore but please do realize it is not your cookie cutter experience, and that comes with quirks such as no dishwasher and hold down the handle longer on upstairs toilet.
