Modern, freshly renovated, designer decorated 3 bedroom loft style cottage with all the pluses. Amazing water views from sprawling 400sf deck with outdoor living and dining furniture. Follow the steps down the hill to kids swings and fire pit and then a bit further down the end of the lane to access the shared rock beach for swimming and water fun in some pristine waters! The space Open concept main living area, with 4 steps up to the bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper level. Shared laneway/right of way, so Parking for two cars off the lane only. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a USB outlet for device charging. With the open vaulted ceilings and loft design style, bedrooms are private with doors but have open ceilings above the walls into the open vaulted ceiling (see photos). Two of the bedrooms have vintage lockers for storage, one with a queen sized bed, and the other a double bed. The third bedroom has a full closet and a bunk bed that is a twin on the top and a double bed on the lower bunk. Please note that the whole cottage is a modern open concept loft style setting with walls for the bedroom that do not fully extend up to the vaulted open concept ceiling. We do allow pets (dogs) but there is a slight surcharge of $10 per day or $50 per week (maximum of 2 pets). When booking please advise of any pets and we will adjust rates accordingly. We have an assortment of Board games, puzzles, cards and video games to keep you occupied indoors should you need some piece and quiet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, and the shared waterfront at the end of the lane at the foot of the property. We also have a TV with Netflix and Nintendo Wii with an assortment of boardgames ready to go for those rainy days. We have a propane BBQ on the deck for your use - please clean the grills once you are finished - nobody likes a dirty grill. Down at the foot of the property (down the hill/steps) is a seating area with campfire. Then if you walk down further to end of the lane you can access a very private rock beach for some amazing swimming fun. Other things to note Being a country cottage, we are on well water and a septic system. We ask that you keep that in mind when showering and keep it short. Only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet, everything else goes in the trash. There are 4 cottages on PC Lane, please do respect the neighbours by not blocking the laneway. Please also respect the privacy of the neighbours, and they will do the same for you. The Property is perched on top of a somewhat steep hill, please keep that in mind if you travel with children. The large deck does have two latched gates. The gardeners will come once a week to cut the grass - please let them do their thing and they will be gone before you know it. You are in the country, there will be bugs! Please keep the doors closed so the bugs can stay freely outside and not bother you inside. PETS: We are pet friendly but all pets must be approved in advance when you book (pictures of each pet must be sent in advance). For anyone bringing pets, we ask that you must bring blanket(s) for pets to protect the furniture (i.e. no pets directly on the furniture), dog beds and absolutely no pets allowed on the beds. With the extra cleaning involved we do add a $10/night per pet surcharge for each pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Any extra costs of fabric cleaning or damages of furniture due to pets will be deducted from the security deposit. Most of the other Lane residents have dogs, some like to roam.
