Welcome to Cayuga Dacha, our Happy Place. We hope it will be yours too! Situated on the Northeast side of beautiful Cayuga Lake, close to wineries, breweries, the Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway, Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, marinas, restaurants, golf and more! Enjoy lake views from the house or deck, relax by the water, paddle in the kayaks, create a feast in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, or plan your wine country adventure with the help of our carefully curated guide to the FLX. The space Our home has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and single bed) and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. There is a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a fully-stocked kitchen with all of the equipment you could need to make delicious meals. There is a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We also provide linens. Since there are two bedrooms, we offer space for 4 people. However, please inquire if you have a larger party as the house can accommodate more people because of the sleeper sofa with an extra person charge. Also, please let us know if you have a child staying with you as we may be able to accommodate a child at no additional charge. The house also features WI-FI, a flat screen TV, a gas grill, two kayaks and life vests for your use, air-conditioners in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living room, beach towels, adirondack chairs and fire pit. For boaters, there are two marinas within walking distance of the property and a public boat launch less than 10 minutes away. We will be more than happy to provide additional information for boaters about marina services, public boat launches and tips on how to make the most of a day on the lake. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the garage which is secured owners' space. --Entertainment options include: -PS3 and variety of games, Hulu, Netflix, Android TV box for streaming -Klipsch sound system can be paired via bluetooth --Use of kayaks (life vest and paddles are located in the locked storage box next to the kayaks). --Grill is available for guest use Other things to note The house is single-story but please be aware there is a single step between the bedrooms and the bathroom, as well as between the bedroom/foyer and foyer/kitchen. There is enough room to park 3 cars, but part of the driveway is shared with a neighbor so please do not block their access.
