Guests have access to the entire property as advertised. Pool is private for Tiki Time guests' use only. Other things to note Property Is Hosted by Booking 5 Star Stays It is expected that the guest will return the property and all that is included, in the same condition in which it is received besides needing a regular cleaning and linen service. Excessive cleaning and damages will result in extra fees. *We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance for your stay to cover a variety of cancellation reasons AS WE DO NOT REFUND OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION WINDOW. WE DO OFFER THIS AS AN ADDED ACCOMMODATION FOR AN EXTRA FEE THROUGH INSURE STAYS AND NATIONWIDE INSURANCE after booking. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required. While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets: 1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed 2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate 3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies 4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on 6. Guest who is bringing pet(s) must sign a pet agreement Pool heat is not included automatically. It is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat fee is $100. Please inquire if desired.. *We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance for your stay to cover a variety of cancellation reasons. Airbnb/VRBO travel insurance does NOT cover just ANY reason for cancellation. You can purchase travel insurance from your provider or there are providers you can find from a simple search. Please review the cancellation policy and insurance policies carefully as we do not issue refunds for cancellations outside of the cancellation window. ** *FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. *Video cameras are on the property on the exterior of the home only. There are no recording devices or cameras inside the house. It is for home security purposes only.
