The space Newly renovated space retains much of the nice woodwork from this 1920's era house. Spacious living room with 50" Smart TV pulls in local channels over the air and lets you connect to your own NetFlix or Hulu accounts over WiFi. A sunroom off the living room provides a nice view of the neighborhood and can be closed off and used as a 3rd bedroom. The sunroom also has a desk with an office chair, a perfect workspace if you are bringing a laptop. Large dining room has seating for 6 people. Updated kitchen has dish washer, garbage disposal, oven, stove, stocked up fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Freshly renovated bathroom has new tilework. Two bedrooms with new carpet host a king bed in one and queen bed in the other. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 2nd floor apartment. Basement has shared access with 1st floor apartment for laundry facilities. Front porch can be shared with first floor apartment as well. Other things to note Driveway Parking Instructions: - Our driveway accommodates vehicles up to 16.5 feet. If your vehicle exceeds this length, please utilize the free street parking. - Ensure your vehicle does not block the sidewalk; violations may result in city-issued tickets. Please pull all the way forward to our rubber curb stop. - Free street parking alternates sides depending on the day due to street cleaning and snow plowing. Please observe street signs for daily restrictions. - On premise is a level 2 electric vehicle charger available for use $5 a day. If you have an EV car you can charge it here, or inquire if you want to rent one of our Tesla Model 3 or Chevy Volt cars during your stay!
