The apartment was built in 2022 by recovering warehouses and maintaining the original features. From the windows you can enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside with olive trees and cypresses. The outdoor space is very large. Inside 60 square meters with large living room / kitchen, large double bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined). The sea with the beautiful centuries-old pine forest awaits you with long beaches with free access (but there is no shortage of bathing establishments) to enjoy even out of season for walks and breathtaking sunsets with a view of the islands of our Tuscan archipelago. If you want to visit our historic cities (Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano) they will be easily reachable with the nearby highway in about an hour and a half's journey. You cannot miss a tasting with a visit to the cellars for example at the nearby Castello del Terriccio or the area of ​​Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
