Close to tourist and cultural sites, Beaune, Saône Valley, bike paths, golf... golf clubs available. A real haven of peace! The space The accommodation is spacious and clear, with beautiful views and not overlooked, the old stone house of Burgundy remains cool all summer and in winter a good crackle wood fire. The kitchen is very well-equipped to accommodate your kitchen desires. The living room with beautiful stones and exposed beams is large and open to the outside. In the vestibule TV, library and board games are available. The four bedrooms, 3 with a double bed (160cm) and one with two single beds (90cm) and a crib/toddler, have a neat decoration. Bedding and linens are quality. Two bedrooms have direct access to the outside facing the garden and a very large bathroom/wc accessible facing the bedrooms. A third bedroom has its own bathroom and the upstairs bedroom has bathroom and toilet. The house has a fully equipped laundry room and 3 toilets in total. It is not a cottage but of our family home, so you will find all the comforts necessary for your stay as well as an extra soul! The welcome is done in our presence but we also have a lock box welcome. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. We are attentive to your needs and flexible for your arrivals and departures. Guest access Guests will be able to freely enjoy the entire house at their convenience. Three landscaped spaces are offered for meals, around the house. Two garden furniture sets are set up to enjoy the different moments of the day. A patio can be used if it is raining. Parking is accessible within the property. Other things to note All amenities are close by: bakery, supermarket, tobacco shop, pharmacy, doctor's office, petrol... within 4 kms. On Saturday, the market of Beaune is a must and the market of Chalon sur Saône on Sunday morning.
