The yard space is an open driveway. The Porch Furnished with outdoor furniture perfect for having an outdoor gathering. The Great Room Guest will be provided with a key to enter the house. As you enter the house, you will be greeted with a soft, elegant, and clean open concept. This area has a sitting and TV area with a dining room for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. It is spacious and inviting with air condition, gypsum ceiling, downlighters, and very modern lighting fixtures. The kitchen area is self-contained where you can enjoy cooking and baking. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. You also have access to a powder room with a toilet where visitors can use it. Upstairs The upper area of the house has three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom - Equipped with a comfortable queen bed, a side table, and a chest of drawers. Fully air conditioned, you can sleep in comfort to your desired temperature. You will have access to your own private toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is fully outfitted and very stylish, with its rustic grey colours suitable for the modern-day design. The other two bedrooms are outfitted with 1 queen bed and double bed and queen bed respectively and a chest of drawers. All fully air-conditioned. The guests in these bedrooms can access a beautifully rustic wooden styled bathroom area on the corridor. All our bathrooms are outfitted with basic toiletries for your convenience. Poolside As you open the back door which leads to the backyard, you will find a spectacular poolside with a water fall. Take a dip right in and make yourself super comfortable. the backyard is outfitted with a toilet and bath also. Guest access The guest has access to all areas in and around the home. Other things to note Closest Convenient Store NP Quick shop - A 24-hour quick shop that is driving a distance 3 minutes away. It is at the corner of Piarco Blvd and Factory Road, at the gas station compound. There you can find almost anything for your convenience. Food Hall Newly opened Food Hall is located at Piarco Plaza. Just 5 minutes away at the corner of BWIA Blvd and Churchill Roosevelt Highway. Grab and Go freshly cooks local dishes or shop in their convinent supermarket for all your cooking needs. Transportation If you require transportation, please send a message in advance so I can assist you with finding a rental or a driver. Meals There are fast food restaurants close by that can deliver. We will provide a list of restaurants with their contact numbers. For local dishes and breakfast, you can let us know in advance and we can have it drlivered to you at an additional cost. The Neighbors Our neighbors are friendly people and they have been very helpful ever since I moved 10 years ago. We are also fortunate and privileged to have neighbours who are dedicated members of the protected services if Trinidad and Tobago. In this way we are very safe.
