Walking distance to Yankee Stadium / 161st St Subway Station (D,B & 4 trains) = 20m subway ride to 42nd Street 2 blocks from a Metro North Station = 15m to Fordham Road, 19m to 42nd Grand Central or 5m to 125th St in Harlem. The space This is the bottom floor of a 3-story building. Large 1BD with a large living room. There is a full kitchen with a small dining table. Full bath with tub. ❌ NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HOSPICE, immobile Or Elderly ❌ Although this is on the bottom floor, there are stairs to the entrance. Also, since this is a fixer-upper with work that needs to be done, it would not be best for people who desire to no have to move or accommodate any flexibility. Unfortunately, repairs happen beyond my control. This space is best for flexible, understanding guests. Guest access You’ll have your own entrance to the bottom apartment.
