Don’t forget; this is lake living – water comes from the lake and isn’t suitable for drinking, so make sure to add plenty of bottled water to your shopping list. If the weather turns hot (and these days, who knows what it’ll be doing), there is a thru-wall AC unit in the living area for your comfort. One bedroom has built-in single bunk beds (for kids and others under 5’-10”), and the main bedroom has a full-size bed. The small bath efficiently uses every square inch of space and is bright and clean. With the emphasis on the lake and outdoor activities, there is no TV at the camp. Bring your own board games or cards if you need them. But try staying outside until after dark and enjoy the stars and some conversation with your fellow campers.
