This no-smoking unit is a unique retreat located in the heart of Atlanta in Peachtree Towers. Stepping through the door you'll feel like you've been transported back in time to the 60s-70s but without the smoke! Near MercedesBenz Stadium, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, America's MART, Tabernacle, CNN Center, GWCC, World of Coke, GA Aquarium, DragonCon and much more. Close to everything, next to MARTA stations making it easy to plan your visit. Less than 30 minutes by MARTA to the Atlanta Airport. The space This clean, newly remodeled, no smoking unit has a 86" HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, over 900 LG stations and standard cable. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 comfortable single memory foam beds in the living room for the ability to sleep 4 people. This condo can sleep 4 people comfortably, no futons or hide-a-beds to hurt your back, all mattresses are comfortable. The twin beds in the living room can be pushed together to make a king size bed, if interested in making it into a king size bed please let me know when booking so that I can prepare it for you ahead of time. Located on the 2nd floor this condo overlooks the intersection of Peachtree & Baker. Instead of being way up above everything, it really feels like you're right in the heart of the city. This is a NO SMOKING unit and does NOT have a balcony. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if it is evident that the unit was smoked in during your stay (smoke smell, ashes, damage, etc). When you book this unit you are agreeing that you have read the house rules and are in agreement. The bar is for Cocktails but NOT ciggys. Just like you stepped back in time but without the smoke! Guest access You will have the whole 1 bedroom condo to yourselves. Much better than a hotel room because you will have a complete kitchen. Other things to note I want to make sure to provide you with a 5 star experience and that you have everything that you need. So please don't hesitate to reach out if you need something. This is a mid century themed condo so please keep in mind that furnishings may not be brand new (although some are new reproductions), and may show some wear and tear as mid century items are not brand new, but please help me to preserve these vintage pieces. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your stay. The condo has recently been remodeled, with new ceiling fans installed (please note the remotes do not remove from the wall.) The condo will be fully stocked with enough towels for the number of quests plus an extra towel per person, including hand towels and wash clothes. There will be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available, but please bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste and any additional toiletries you require. The condo is fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Also, a blow dryer and iron.
