Our cozy beach cottage is one of two cottages located on 150 feet of private beach. It sleeps five and offers all the comforts of home. You can watch the sunrise from the beach and the sunset on the marsh from your porch. You are steps away from the CT Audubon Society bird sanctuary, walking and bike paths. Other things to note The cottage is located in a private beach community and many of our neighbors are year-round residents. We have a No Party policy to ensure our neighbors that we have respectful guests staying at our home.
