Or feel free to lounge indoors while enjoying TV's in every room, a hot tub, game room and bar, BBQ area and fire pit! The space We are not part of a private community, which allows the ease of a quick and easy check-in experience. Being directly off the main road allows for quick access to the home and near by stores. Sleeping arrangements: Upstairs Bedroom 1: With a private balcony and an en-suite, enjoy two queen size beds. First floor Bedroom 2: Main bedroom with private balcony and one queen size bed Bedroom 3: Two Full size beds. Each room as a smart TV and an AC/Heating unit.Each room has its own white noise machine for a good night’s sleep. Additional sleeping space located on the loft: One twin size daybed. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, dishware/flatware, stainless steel appliances (electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and spices. Dining table seats 8 Water machine is provided. Please bring your own 3 or 5 Gallon Water Bottles to use the machine. GAMEROOM: Game room includes a foosball table and a PAC MAN Arcade. Cooling: Every room in the home is equipped with an AC/Heating unit easily controllable through its own remote control. OUTDOOR SPACE: 8 person dining table available next to a propane BBQ with BBQ utensils. A 5-6 person hot tub spa next to a beautiful firepit area. PARKING: Free parking space on the driveway with a three car capacity. GENERAL INFO: Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, air conditioning, heat, free WiFi available. The home uses a tankless water heater. In the cold weather it has needed resetting. We have now placed the control panel in the closet in the kitchen and can easily be reset by turning it off and on again. A video can be shared to demonstrate. [*NOTE] Your safety is our priority. This property features 3 exterior Ring floodlight security cameras, at the front door and backyard. They do not look into the home and private spaces. We also won't check the outdoor cameras unless there are notifications. [Final Notes] By booking the house, you agree that the use of the hot tub, fireplace, are at your own risk. Bears and deer have been spotted in our neighborhood and may appear, use the backyard at your own risk. Do not leave food outside, it will attract bears. Guest access You will have access to the whole home including bedroom, bathrooms, outdoor area and laundry. Garage is accessible but not available for parking.
