Grounds - This is a SHARED Property Rental. You are renting the main home and all its amenities, including the shared space (LARGE) outdoor Patio and grilling areas. Several Seating options in this open space area, but each end has its own BBQ Grill! Also - PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT A WHOLE Property RENTAL (House and Guest House) and we can work with your to include the Guest House into your stay if you like. We would love to see folks enjoying the property, we only ask that you stay clear of the Pole barn as it represents part of the home upkeep and Maintenance (Lawncare etc), and that area is not part of your stay. Front porch, front and side yards are great for a walk or for the kids to burn off some energy!
