Any arrival / departure on Sunday or public Holiday will be charged 50 Euros. Any arrival / departure on December 25th or January 1st will be charged 150 euros Those fees will be due at check in or check out. There is no cleaning fee but you are supposed to leave the apartment cleaned. We provide bed sheets and towels.
