Fully renovated kitchen, large screen TV, Board games, puzzles + Adult/Kids books. There is a desk set up in one of the bedrooms if you need to work remotely while away. A Queen size pull out couch with mattress topper is in the living room. A pack n play and highchair are available if you are traveling with small children. The house is located in a quiet family community, where a quick walk through the neighborhood takes you to a community swimming beach, tennis courts, a playground, and a 6 hole pitch and putt golf course. We also have 4 kayaks available for use on our beach. Three Belles Marina is a short walk away, where you can rent all kinds of watercraft if you have something else in mind. This is a year-round home, so warm and cozy when the weather turns cool and cool on those hot, summer days with newly installed air conditioning. Explore beautiful, coastal Connecticut using this as your home base! It is the perfect location for couples, a family, or solo business traveler. Niantic Cinema and Children's museum are also located here.
