Our home is a great space for a quick getaway or a longer stay and is centrally located in the beautiful town of Andover. Our cozy basement apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom along with a spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette. Please note that there are other apartments in our home and the driveway is a shared space. The space This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment offers all the basics that one may need in the ideal home away from home. Our apartment may seem small but once inside you will have plenty of space. The living room features two sitting areas, a large smart TV where guests can sign into their favorite streaming services, and a sleeper sofa. Our kitchenette is equipt with an Airfryer, hotplate, microwave, apartment-size fridge, and basic utensils/pots & pans. Guests will be able to prepare meals in the comfort of our home if they do not wish to venture out to the many restaurants close by. We have a breakfast bar space for enjoying meals instead of a dining table. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a standard closet for clothing storage. It can be private from the main living space but has the bathroom attached. Our bathroom has the basics guests may need during their stay and features a standing shower. As mentioned previously, we also have a small dedicated workspace for guests to use if they are needing to work remotely during their stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment through the garage and will have exclusive access to the basement apartment. The garage is a partially shared space. The backyard space is not for guest use and is maintained by our long-term tenant in the upstairs apartment. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer during their stay. The laundry area is located by the basement apartment in a partially shared space. Other things to note Please note that this is a multifamily dwelling so there are some spaces that are partially shared. We have security cameras that monitor the parking area and garage. There are no cameras inside the basement apartment. The top and bottom apartment units share a central HVAC system that can be remotely controlled. The thermostat is located in the upstairs apartment unit. We have an electric baseboard heater, a space heater, and a portable fan controlled by this unit for guests to use if needed.
