The space The River Room honors the Verde, which flows through the heart of Arizona. A tile ‘river’ meanders through the room, spilling from a custom mural of the Verde and ending at the deep blue tiled shower; in the ‘river’ floats a boat coffee table and a large freestanding tub. Enjoy the stone-decked fireplace while snuggling in the plush bed. From your private balcony, gaze at the beauty of the Verde River and watch the leaves and limbs of the tall Cottonwood trees sway in the breeze. Our property is BIG, totaling 4.5 acres, with over an acre of landscaped yard, where you will find several seating areas from which you may enjoy the great views. Guests may also gather around the fireplace in the spacious patio just outside the Great Room. Guest access Guests have a common area with games, puzzles and reading materials. A fireplace makes it quite cozy. There is a large outdoor patio with two seating areas and a gas fireplace. An additional seating area with a wood fireplace is located at the edge of our bluff. The landscaped yard is over an acre in size; the entire property is 4.5 acres, with lots of room to explore. Entry is through front door of house with your own key code. Your room has a key code as well. During your stay This is our home; we live on the property and are available to our guests any time of the day.
