Only a few short steps from the house, enjoy fishing and swimming off the 50’x20’ U-shaped private dock. Bring your boat! The space This 3 bedroom home has 3 levels. The Lower Level, which could be used as a 4th bedroom, consists of a trundle bed with two twin beds, sitting area, dresser, closet, and changing room. It also has an electric fireplace, piano, and 1 smart TV. This room has a sliding glass door with gorgeous views of the lake. On the other side of this level, separated by a door, is a 2nd refrigerator and washer and dryer. The Middle Level consists of 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, that can be made a king if desired, and both bedrooms have lake views. This level also has one full bath, kitchen, dining area that has seating for up to 10 people with leaves put in, living area with stunning lake views, an electric fireplace, and 1 smart TV. Also on this level, is a covered porch that’s partially screened in, propane gas grill, bistro table with 4 chairs, and an oversized picnic table with cushioned seating. The Upper Level consists of the Master Bedroom with one king size bed, gorgeous lake views, electric fireplace, 1 smart TV, coffee station, and an attached full bathroom. For your enjoyment, there’s a Bluetooth karaoke speaker and plenty of games for young and old. Outside is a small fenced in yard for dogs, 8 person hot tub, giant swivel umbrella, 2 hammocks, corn hole game, several outdoor chairs and 2 chaise lounges, 2 kayaks, 2 hammocks, and water trampoline. There’s a 50’x20’ U-shaped private dock. Only a few short steps from the house, enjoy fishing and swimming right off of the dock! Bring your boat! No boat…no problem! Rent one next door at The Boat Shop! Guest access With this rental you have full access to the entire private property, 4 parking spots, small fenced in yard, large open yard right down to the lake and lake front access. The private 50’ by ‘20 u-shaped dock easily accommodates 1 large boat for example. A large pontoon or smaller boat could be attached to dock using whips( not provided) Other things to note We provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, garbage bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Cleaning products are in the closet on the middle level. The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings, sugar, starter K-cups, ground coffee, and coffee filters to make a pot. We have a variety of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, mugs and glasses. In addition to a traditional oven there is also a microwave, griddle, air fryer, toaster, blender, hand mixer, tea kettle and ice bucket. There is a large refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker in the kitchen and an additional fridge/freezer and washer and dryer on lower level. Every bed is provided with mattress covers, sheets, pillows, blankets and bedspreads. There are extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom closets. Every guest is provided with 1 bath sheet, and 1 washcloth. Kitchen and bathroom hand towels are provided as well bath mats. There are plenty of board games, chess, puzzles and decks of cards. The Bluetooth karaoke speaker is a lot of fun! There is a Bluetooth projector and pull down screen. The dock is in the water as early as April, and out as late as October.
