Our garden house combines modern comfort with with southern oaks charm. Stay in and spend a peaceful morning, venture out to explore Santa Rosa county by foot, bike, boat, or car, and relish in it's natural beauty. Cozy two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full kitchen. Comfortable dual reclined seating for TV viewing. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of the entire space. Washer and dryer conveniently located adjacent to kitchen area. You are quietly located in the coolest part of the property with plenty of parking. We've added a screened-in patio to enjoy seasonal weather. Guest access Guests have access to the Garden Home via the front door, which is locked with a key code box. There are two large parking spots in front of the home and plenty of turnaround space for guests towing trailers.
