A lovely space this RV is perfectly suited for couples, or single guests or families wanting to explore a unique setting this is the perfect choice for a little escapade and inspiration . The Rv is situated in a lovely backyard setting next to a Tiny house as well so you will bypass other kind guests as well ,say Hi ! We look forward to hosting you soon ♥ The space NON SMOKING PROPERTY When you enter the RV you will be amazed at its cool little set up.On your right will be your master bedroom which comes equipped with a Queen bed and a Toshiba smart TV .You can download apps needed to watch your favorite TV program ,always input your own credentials and sign out before checking out . The TV has a remote cubby be sure to place the remote back in the cubby after use.There is also a fan provided in case you do not want to use the A/C. There are two closets ,small yes but it does the job in case you want to hang your favorite outfit! In the living area you have a lovely couch for two that transforms into a bed ,a dinette set for two that can be made into a neat work space . The refrigerator has a freezer section not too large but quite efficient ,be sure to push the doors firmly to shut the fridge to prevent water leakage into the RV. There is a microwave and gas stove ,the gas stove is not available for use at present . There is a Toshiba TV as well in the living space and a Bluetooth radio located behind it,all the instructions are posted on the wall for you to see.Please be sure to place all remotes back in their prospective cubbies when you have finished using them. There is a towel storage cabinet near the fridge ,you will see an iron as well if needed. There are two twin bunk beds with lots of space and storage underneath !The bathroom has a small bath tub,plus shower handle ,quite small if you are super tall you may not fit without bending .Your toilet has a pedal on the right hand side hit it with your foot to flush . Under the sink you will find extra bath tissue or and cleaning products needed,make yourself at home. The bathroom fan is activated by hitting the black switch ,please close it up to prevent rain from falling into the RV.There are hangers on the wall for wet towels etc and a hamper for wet linen . Pets on property not inside guests spaces In the outdoor front area you will find two lounge chairs ,get comfy enjoy! Guest access Please stay in the backyard area ,park your vehicle at the front main house with the blue window shutters on the paved driveway as instructed by your hosts. No parking is allowed near the Tiny house its reserved for staff and hosts. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED Other things to note Press your fingers firmly on the dial pad for the RVlock . if it does not work on the first try just try again ,its will give a long beep if successful. There are other guests on the property so in case you want to switch to the Tiny house or inside the main house there are rooms available do inquire. Park at the front of the main house do not park in the back driveway . If you have a pet please have him use bathroom at back of RV ,clean up afterwards and dispose in the trash. If using BBQ grill clean up all food ,charcoal debris leave space as clean as found. There is a Tiny house close to the Rv but it's very private just as the Rv is so if you want to book this one let us know as well We do have two indoor outdoor pet cats super friendly please keep them outside do not invite them into the guests space PLEASE NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE,extend us the consideration and courtesy of not smoking inside or outside of our property thank you .
