Spring and summer is here! Our home has something for everyone. Take a canoe or kayak ride across the street on First Roach Pond ( provided by owners ) access to the ITS trails from the home makes this a snowmobile and ATV owners paradise. Enjoy guided hunting and moose tours , whitewater rafting, fishing , skiing or hiking along the Appalachian trail . Dining and shopping short drive away. Sleeps 6 adults & 2+ children with space for air mattress. 2.5 bath . The space The main living area is an open floor plan with a full kitchen and dining area as well as a 1/2 bath . The basement/ first floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and another sleep area with a queen size bed , a twin size pull out couch and a full bath . The third floor is the master with a king size bed, jacuzzi tub and a full bath . Guest access Plenty of off street parking . Other things to note We have several points of entry for the lake access, we have the canoe and kayaks down by the water .
