Relax in the reclining sofas after a day of trekking at the ORV park and watch a movie or play games while you wait for your pizza to arrive. Or, BBQ your steaks on the grill while you sip your beer. There is ample space in the home and on the grounds to enjoy a quiet moment to yourself. You and your friends or family will enjoy roasting marshmallows and hot dogs in the fire pit under the starry sky. Hitch your Fido to the long cable lead in the back yard and let him run! This home is all one level and does not have any steps or stairs going up or down inside the house. Perfect for long term stays, Traveling Nurses & Healthcare professionals! Guest access Guests have full access to the home and yard area. The garage is not accessible and unfortunately the hot tub is not available at this time. Please be mindful of the tenant that lives in the other home on the property. You have lots of parking...two spaces in the carport and two separate spaces in the covered areas just outside of the carport. If you have pets (dogs) with you, please pickup after your pets. Doggie bags are available. You can put their waste in the red garbage container in the carport. Please bag and tie your pet's waste prior to disposing it in the red garbage can outside. Thank you! Other things to note There are two actively recording security cameras on the property. Both are outside in the carport. Each facing a different direction. One records vehicles and activity approaching the home on the driveway. The other faces the garage door and records activity at the back door (where keyless entry is located) and the garage door inside carport. Each camera actively records video and audio.
