You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Woods Hole Cape house. Great deck with grill, gas lobster cooker, and seating for 6. Central AC and heat. Four large bedrooms. New Bosch stove and dishwasher, new refrigerator. New large capacity w/d. Wonderful outdoor rain shower. Lots of parking, off street. Fire pit in the woods with Adirondack chairs. Short walk to beaches, Woods Hole, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The space This is a Cape summer cottage on a tree-lined small lane that we have updated with new appliances, new beds and furniture. Not fancy but comfortable and cozy. Ideal for someone who knows Woods Hole and wants to be close to the village, ferries, etc. It's not one of those generic, corporate rentals - it's more like staying at a friend's place on the Cape. We are new to this and testing whether it makes sense to rent our summer home. Lots of parking for 3 cars at least, in addition to our pickup truck. No room for boats/trailers! It's a small cul-de-sac (no room to turn a boat/trailer). Also great for older folks, as there is only one small step into the house and the bathroom has a shower with handholds. The other half of the basement has our stuff. Our truck and a small boat trailer may be in there, but that leaves 3-4 spaces. Other things to note No boats or trailers! There is just no room to turn around. Trust me on this!
