This listing is for the entire house upstairs and downstairs (except for a bedroom upstairs that the host may be staying in when in town). The room has it's own entrance and a lock on the inside door preventing AB&B guest access. The lower level is also available to rent separately (see www.airbnb.com/h/american-castle). There will never be a time when the upstairs and downstairs are rented to two different groups. Other things to note Due to severe allergies we strictly enforce the 'No Pet Policy'. This means no animals of any kind. There is a pet boarding lodge about 1/2 mile for the Lakehouse. Camp Union Pet Lodge. They may be able to assist you if you have animals.
