3 bed room house with old ship-lap walls and rustic charm. Originally moved to this location in 1945 and remodeled in 2020. This quiet gem is only minutes from lake Tawakoni. Central AC, ceramic tile shower with river rock base. Relaxing full size bed in the 2nd bed room and King in the master bedroom. Plenty of sitting room in the living room to relax and unplug. Deep porcelain tub with pedestal sink in the second bath, perfect for a bubble bath. The space The whole house is for guest use except the master closet is storage for supplies. Our back enjoy the whole yard just avoid the old barn. The barn is off limits to guests. Guest access Please keep all smoking outside. There's a table and ash tray provided under the trees. The yard all the way to the fence on the east is open for your enjoyment the driveway on the west is the property line. Barn in the back is off limits to guests. The whole inside of the house is setup just for guests. Other things to note There is no food delivery at this location. The neighbor waters the flowers for me as they are freshly planted and need to stay alive. Trash day is Friday and the neighbor usually moves the can to the street. The only parking is the single driveway next to the house. There’s room for about four cars back to back. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not park in the neighbors yard.
