Enjoy the shared playground out back as well as the shared large spacious patio. Perfect for short stays. We prefer no late nights out as we will have a shared entrance and exit, this is not a walk out basement. The space Centrally located, close to everything, prime location. Transit road is just a few miles away, airport is about 15-20 minutes depending on route and traffic. Amherst campus for University at Buffalo is only 10 minutes away.
