Other things to note There are several small restaurants in the Appomattox town and multiple fast food options. Large grocery store and many service station food options - the best Fried Chicken is at Quickie station just off Confederate blvd. Lynchburg is loaded with chain restaurants you may be familiar with and is a short 20 minute drive.
