We are a family friendly home on Madison’s Isthmus and just one block from Tenney Park and Lake Mendota. Our personal belongings will be present, but that also means plenty of toys, games, books and kid gear available for you to use! No parties please. This is a family friendly neighborhood with awesome neighbors and guests must be respectful of that. Can accommodate 8 (+ children under 13 which do not count toward the total) Fully licensed with City of Madison ZTRHP1-2022-00012 The space Two full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, plus large open finished attic space and first floor living room. Guest access Access to full house except locked storage room in basement. Other things to note We have a small dog who will not be present, but noted in the case of allergies. We have our house professionally cleaned every other week year round.
