Casa Zinnia is the main villa within the community, so it and its patio are for the exclusive use of the guests who book it. Other things to note We are the only private property and community in this area, so there is a possibility to see animals near the property. There are two independent houses and an additional room outside the houses, however they share the same entrance to the property with automatic gate. Hosts will be your neighbors during your stay. Access to Beaches: The house is a 5 min drive from Playa San Miguel or Playa Stacks which are both ideal for surfing and 5-8 min walking to the access of the closest 2nd beach.
