Kayaks are also included to use on Kinderhook Lake just across the street. A screened in outdoor patio has a propane grill and seating for four. 2 Bedrooms sleeps 6 people. One room has a queen bed the other room has 2 double beds. The living room sectional also pulls out to a queen bed if you'd prefer to spread out even more. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main floor of the house. No access to basement or garage. Host lives off premises.
