The space This is a very nice living space with no frills and thrills but practical and comfortable. This is a 1 bedroom self contained unit with its own separate entrance. With a living and dining area and a bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed which comes in handy. It has a separate shower and bathroom. The main house is close by, but you have your own privacy. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood and with the fast broadband ideal for getting work done as the suite doubles up as a work space. There is a nice cool breeze which is great if you want to relax outdoors, but the accommodation has A/C units and fans in the living area and bedroom if required for those warm days. It has a well stocked kitchenette, with a gas stove and microwave for those days you feel like cooking. For when you want something to start your day off with, we offer a complimentary breakfast This is a safe and secure gated property with CCTV cameras and free parking. There is a shopping mall which is a 7 minute drive from the property, there are also local shops and food restaurants in the vicinity of the property where you can sample some of the local Ghanaian cuisine There is a safe and secure parking space for those who drive, but if you need to get to town there is a taxi rank just about 5 minutes from the property and if you don't feel like taking the walk then no problem you can order an Uber or Bolt and they will pick you from the property. A ride into town usually costs between $2 and $5 There is someone on the property who will assist you if you require, but otherwise, you are free to come and go as you please. This is a great space for those who don't want to be in the center of Accra, away from the noise and hassle, but can have easy transport access in case they do need to go to the center of town. Guest access The guest has full access to the property. Other things to note Laundry service is available on request. This is a free service. The apartment will be cleaned every 2 days, where we change the bed sheets for fresh ones. We don't provide bath towels unless on request.
