Centrally located to Worcester, Princeton, Fitchburg and Leominster, approximately 15 minute drive to Wachusetts Mountain State Park and Ski Area. You will be just a short walk away from Davis Farmlands and BBQ joint. There are great trails for hiking, restaurants, orchards & antique shops. The space You won't have to worry about parking, as you will have a dedicated driveway to use. When you enter the unit, you will notice the open kitchen/dining area, which features a newly updated (fully stocked) gourmet kitchen with eat in island, featuring new appliances and so many kitchen essentials (I.e air fryer, instapot) for whipping up those recipe favorites, a living area with plenty of seating around a Roku TV, and a dining area. Open the sliding door of the first bedroom to find a private exclusive outdoor area with more seating and a charcoal grill. The bedrooms features a queen and king size bed and newly updated ensuite full bathroom. The entire unit is cooled by a central A/C system, which will keep you cool on those hot summer days and nights. Other amenities include contactless and keyless entry, WiFi, Roku TV with Hulu + Live TV, premium linens and bath towels provided, and the bed will be made upon arrival. The unit is also dog friendly (maximum of 1 dog). Guest access The entire unit, backyard, gazebo, private balcony and main deck are yours to enjoy! We do have a great backyard that is a continuing work in progress. Should you encounter our two mini Schnauzers, they love to greet guest and remind you of their need for belly rubs and tomatoes (they really love tomatoes.). Enjoy the grounds or lounge around watching Netflix all day. We encourage you to relax! ADA accessible ramp is installed for private entrance to the guest unit. Other things to note Perfect setting for the corporate traveler - Available for monthly and long term stays! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. We use a commercial grade ozone based wash system to sanitize linens between guest stays. The central air heat and cooling are separate system from our main house - we have installed hospital grade filters and UV sterilization unit within the ducts to sanitize the air.
