Casa Linda is the perfect home for your San Antonio trip! Our beautiful Casa Linda is conveniently located and spacious for any occasion. Our home is just a few minutes away from Lackland Air Force Base, SeaWorld, and shopping centers. Quick access to 1604, 410,151 and Highway 90 allowing you to explore all the city has to offer with ease.Casa Linda has board games, books, two living rooms,kitchen island seating,outdoor dining and sleeps 14 guests. You and your family deserve a “Casa Linda.” The space Casa Linda will feel like a home away from home with so many amenities that make your stay enjoyable! Our home has 5 cozy bedrooms (Two downstairs and 3 upstairs) and 2 sofa beds as follows: -1 king bed in master bedroom - Downstairs -1 queen bed in Downstairs room -3 rooms upstairs with 1 queen bed in each. - 1 queen sofa bed in upstairs living room - 1 queen sofa bed in downstairs living room. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with a Keurig (with pods) , traditional coffee maker (with coffee and filters), instant coffee, sugar and creamer. We provide all the tools you need to cook a yummy family meal to enjoy! We have our bathrooms stocked with hand soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. * A complementary starter set for guests include limited amount of trash bags for both large kitchen trash can and restroom bins, dish/dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tide pods, Keurig coffee/cream and sugar. * This is a courtesy from us to you in hopes of making your stay more enjoyable. HOA Neighborhood Pool/ Park - You must abide by park rules. *pool schedule and closures subject to change* Dates of Operation March 10 - March 20 (Open Spring Break, daily) March 25 - April 9 (Saturday and Sunday Only) April 15 - October 15 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim) Hours of Operation, weather permitting*: Wednesday - Monday: 8:00 a.m., to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday - Closed for cleaning *The pool must be closed if there is thunder and/or lightning within the vicinity. If a national holiday falls on Monday, the pool will be closed for cleaning the following Tuesday. Your pool access device will not grant access outside of the above-outlined times, unless otherwise notified by a member of the Board of Directors. Please read the Pool Information Sheet and Pool Rules enclosed and posted on the Association's website for more information about the pool facilities. This information can be found under the Amenity tab on the website. No glass bottles, no alcohol, no speakers/loud music, no large/oversized pool floats are allowed. * Security service strongly enforce these rules and the right to evict people from pool/park area. *Restrictions may change, follow all posted rules* Please note if you already have your pool fob(s) it will automatically be activated upon pool opening date. There is no need to re-register any of your devices. The board has elected to open the amenities under best practice guidelines for COVID according to the CDC recommendations and local guidelines. Below is a list of these guidelines for pool use: - By entering the facility, you assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19, including severe illness or death. - To allow for the maximum number of people to access the pool, residents are encouraged to limit their time to 90 minutes per day, through the honor system. - Please follow all guidelines listed in the governor's checklists and the posted signs. - Residents and guests must provide their own anti-bacterial wipes and other personal protective supplies. - Residents and guests are expected to wipe all surfaces (toilets, pool furniture, gate handles, door handles, etc.) before and after each use. Discard any wipes in the trash bins. Do not flush. - All other pool rules remain in effect as posted in the pool area. Mesa Creek Board of Directors may close any amenity or suspend any user's use of amenities if the above rules are violated. Under the guidance of the government and local authorities, the amenities may also be closed if conditions change regarding the COVID-19 community spread.
