The building hosts multiple Asian Restaurants and a Bar. The space Our Studio Suite is located in the residential section of the TUI Blue Condotel, a modern condo hotel built in 2018. The TUI Blue is located in the central area of the city, about 1 block from the beach front. The Studio is 50m², and consists of a bedroom, living and dining area, with a full kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony with views of Nha Trang Bay and nearby Hon Tre Island. • Nha Trang’s Tran Phu Beach, a 7km stretch of beautiful sand, with its beachside bars, seafood restaurants and night market is a short 4 minute walk away. • Guests have full use of the TUI Blue’s facilities, including a large outdoor swimming pool and sun deck, gym, kids club, steam bath, and restaurants and bar, and secure underground parking. • The TUI Blue provides guests with 24-hour reception and security, self check-in & check-out, and luggage storage. • Our Studio is equipped with free hi-speed internet, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, induction cooktop, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle and full sized washing machine. • Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed, and two sofa beds. If needed the king size bed can be split into two twin beds suitable for up to 4 people. There is high quality cotton bedding for all bed combinations, with many pillows.. Guest access Our guests can use the following TUI Blue Condotel facilities: • Free access to the swimming pool and pool deck including lounge chairs and pool towels. • Fully Equipped Gym (for an hourly, daily or weekly fee). • Steam Bath (for a fee). • Kids Club and Daycare (for a fee per child). • An inexpensive Deli Café, offering casual breakfasts, lunch and dinners and poolside drinks . Other things to note Daily cleaning service and laundry is not provided during your stay, please keep the studio clean by yourself and do your own laundry (laundry soap and fabric softener are provided). There are cleaning materials behind the small white door on the balcony. If you require a cleaning service, please contact Yen at lest one day in advance. Daily cleaning costs about 150,000 VND and can be paid directly to the housekeeper.
