Bathroom - Spacious and comfortable shower (compared to most small RVs), sink, toilet and hair dryer. Large closet with additional linens and towels. Enjoy the complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) Kitchen - Gas 3 burner with oven, microwave and full refrigerator with freezer. Fully stocked with utensils, wine glasses, pots and pan, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar and spices. Dining room - Booth style table that fits up to 4 people. It converts into an additional full-size bed if needed. It can be adjusted up and down for comfortable use as a desk. Get some work done while taking advantage of all the complimentary office supplies and Wi-Fi. Outdoor features - Outside gas 2 burner stove, sink, and small fridge, ideal for cooking outdoors in days of nice weather. Enjoy your meal on the comfy outdoor chairs and coffee table. Entertainment - Media Center with rotating TV making it easy to watch from bedroom or dining room. TV has free local channels and a Fire stick that allows you to connect to streaming services. Integrated radio and DVD player allowing you to play movies and music on the TV, inside or outside the RV (we ask you keep the volume at a considerate level out of respect to our neighbors). Children and Family features - Our neighborhood features multiple playgrounds and a paved city trail great for walking, running or biking. Storage - Lots of storage space all around the RV and underneath (keys will be given upon request) Guest access Privacy and Self check in - RV is located on the right side of our primary residency and has its own private entrance and self-check in lock box. Code will be given 24hrs before check in. Parking - 1 free designated parking space on our driveway and additional free street parking. Laundry - For guests staying 7+ days we can provide access to our washer and dryer with independent entrance.
