Guests have a private bathroom near the bedroom, a mini refrigerator and microwave for their use, a sitting area and patio with table and chairs on this floor. Guest access Guests who reserve the lower level space also have access to the main floor, where other guests may also be staying. All guests share the living room, kitchen (where continental breakfast items are available in the mornings), dining room and screened porch with deck.
