The space The open first floor plan with floor to ceiling windows provides tons of natural light and beautiful views. The living rooms has deep comfy couch and enormous chair (enough for 2), and lounge chair, an electric fireplace, large ROKU TV and dining area with space for 10. The completely renovated kitchen is well stocked with all cooking and dining essentials, like Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, cutting boards, dishes & utensils, glassware, barware. Plus some key pantry items like salt & pepper, olive oil and herbs & spices (basil, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley & rosemary), so you don't have to buy or bring them! We'll make sure you have coffee, tea and cocoa upon your arrival to get you through a couple days as well. All 3 bedrooms are large and simply dressed with clean, fresh linens. The 2 king bedrooms have ROKU TVs. The 3rd floor master has an office desk and chair for any work that can't wait and a Juliet balcony. The bunk room has some fun themed items and toys for kids to explore. Plus a single trundle bed and a pack 'n play. The separate loft area has a twin day bed and Juliet balcony. It's a great place to tuck away and read a book but still feel a part of the fun. All baths have new floors, vanities and toilets. The tubs and showers may seem a bit dated, but we assure you they are refreshed and scrubbed clean. We'll supply the fluffy, fresh towels so you have room to pack those big cozy sweaters and ski boots. The finished basement has a ton of games for adults only, family fun or just the kiddos! Plus puzzles, books & toys. And a movie projector with ROKU. Lounge in the huge bean bags or on the sofa and watch movies while the snow falls outside. The basement also has a washer/dryer for your use. In the warmer months, the outdoor deck has dining furniture and umbrella and our backyard has plenty of adirondack chairs to relax by a nice fire. We can accommodate up to 6 adults with 4-5 children. We do not allow house parties or party weekends. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including parking in the one car garage and driveway. You can also take advantage of the resort's indoor fitness area and game room. You will be sharing these spaces with other guests so please review the rules and policies. We offer no contact check in and check out. Shortly before your stay, you will receive a guest access code to access your condo and a separate code to access the shared resort amenities. Other things to note Our goal is to provide a clean, cozy space with essential amenities so all you have to worry about is relaxing and fun.
