This cozy one-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it a perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking a tranquil getaway. The cottage is a small 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a full kitchen, living room, and dining area (ideal for 4 guests, but if you are open to being in shared space 6 can fit). The steps upstairs to the bedroom are steep! Two queen beds are located in the upstairs bedroom with a small love seat. The living room features a pull out sofa bed, also queen size. This cottage is on a shared property, but extremely private. The whole back area is designated to the cottage. No one will have access to your yard or the dock, it is all for your pleasure so please enjoy! Bedroom: two queen beds, extra pillows, extra blankets, love seat sofa, luggage racks, closet space. Kitchen: gas oven with stovetop, microwave, blender, ninja coffee machine (drip coffee), and refrigerator. (fully equipped with plates, cups, pots, and pans). Living room: Pull out sofa with a queen size bed with a large TV. TV is for streaming services (no cable). Wifi is provided for this. Dining Room: Round table with four chairs, additional folding chairs in closet. Bath: A bathtub/shower combo full bathroom. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Two beach chairs are located in the closet on main floor. Outdoors: Propane grill with grill utensils provided. Fire pit, anti-gravity chairs, hammock chair, and a bistro set to eat at. The outdoors is stunning and landscaped with palm trees, hibiscus trees, and flowers. The dock overlooks the great south bay. It’s great if you’re on a budget and plan to be out most of the day. It is only one bedroom and one bath so please keep this in mind. It’s a cozy small cottage!
