The space The condo is a compact studio space(350 sq ft), not unlike a hotel room though it does have a kitchenette. There are 10 ft ceilings, air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable. There are people from all over the world within the complex, many from Canada, Europe and the US. The neighbourhood is close to restaurants and nightlife and yet, is quiet within the complex. Restaurants include Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, steakhouse, bakeries, to name a few. There are also several convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. The local policia, doctor's offices and a gym are also just around the corner. And the coffee...oh the coffee. Guest access You have access to the pool, some seating, bbq and green space in the courtyard.
