Welcome to the Hummingbird Suite, our fun and friendly walkout apartment in Lake Junaluska. Comfy, clean and spacious, our guests tell us they feel right at home here. Located on a quiet, beautiful street, it's a ten minute walk to the lake and pool, a 10 minute drive to historic downtown Waynesville, 40 minutes to the Smokies, and close to all of the wonderful outdoor activities WNC is known for. The space The 1,000 square foot apartment has a large living room with plenty of seating, a big screen TV, movies, games, books, art supplies and more. Please note that there are a couple of areas with low ceilings, so probably not a good match for guests over 6'4". There's a full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, one bath and a dressing room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. Your private entrance is just steps from your dedicated parking area. This large and comfy apartment in Lake Junaluska gives you all the space you need to unwind and relax after a day of enjoying this beautiful part of the country. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment, a private driveway and parking for two cars just a few feet from the entrance door. The yard and patios are exclusively yours as well. Other things to note We are a retired, active couple and enjoy sharing our downstairs apartment with guests three seasons of the year.
