The lake is available to all guests year-round, but the pool and beach areas are limited to avoid overcrowding, ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, soak up the sun on the lounge chairs, or take advantage of the nearby lake for a variety of water activities. Neighborhood Overview - Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville, PA Located in the serene Pocono Mountains, Towamensing Trails is a peaceful and family-friendly community perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The neighborhood offers easy access to a range of recreational activities, including lakeside beaches, swimming pools, hiking trails, and water sports. During the winter months, nearby ski slopes and snowboarding opportunities abound. With its tranquil atmosphere and close proximity to local attractions, Towamensing Trails offers a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Guest access Parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway. No street parking Other things to note The cleaning fee allows the house to be fully set for your arrival, including the hot tub. We have the house and hot tub professionally serviced after every checkout. It does NOT include "party cleanup" such as cleaning up after sick guests or picking up trash in the yard, damaged or missing items, or excessive amounts of cleaning that would prevent guests from being able to check in later that day. Due to bears and other wildlife, outdoor trash cans are not used. There is a community trash center (dumpsters) that you can use as often as you like during your stay at no cost to you. It is about a 2.5 mile drive. Please do not leave a negative review about this. There is no other way to handle trash in an area that has bears without attracting them too close to the houses. We hope you'll agree it is much nicer to be near the lake instead of the trash! Also included in your cleaning fee are trash passes and wristbands (during pool season). In addition to the listed amenities like linens and shampoo, there will be a courtesy amount of trash bags, paper goods, coffee pods and laundry/dishwashing soap for your arrival. You will likely need to supplement these items to make sure you have enough throughout your stay. If anything is forgotten or you want to stock up on these items, there is a Dollar General very close by with everything from bags of ice to toothbrushes, cleaning supplies, pool gear and snacks.
