No smoking or pets allowed. The space Steep stairs (100 year old home) lead to 2nd floor apartment. Master bedroom is tandem style with double bed and daybed has TV with roku. Second bedroom has double bed and tv/dvd combo with Roku. There is a 55" smart tv in living room. Bathroom has tiled stand-up shower (no tub). Kitchen has everything you need for extended stay. This is a private self contained apartment, host lives on first floor Guest access Full use of the second floor and shared usage of back yard including outdoor hot tub. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or unregistered guests on property. Noise curfew 10pm-7am, no pets and no smoking or drugs allowed on the property. Host and family are on first floor so be mindful of noise. Note: There is a small dog that lives on first floor.
