The space The house is suitable for up to eight guests looking for local flavor and adventure. The lake life decor maximizes comfort and relaxation. The house is around 2000 square feet with an open floor plan and two floors. Here's the sleeping situation: Main Floor: 1 bedroom w/full bed & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds Lower Level: 1 bedroom w/full bed & queen pullout in the family room Bathroom Locations: 2 full baths on the main floor, one with jet tub and separate shower and 1 with a tub/shower combination. The lower level has a full bath with shower stall. Here are a few common questions and answers that will help you decide if the house is a good fit for your getaway. Is the house the right place for children? Several families have stayed with us, and they've found the house perfect for children. There's ample entertaining space on the downstairs, plenty of room on the main floor for everyone to be part of the action. Can we cook at the house? Yes! You'll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, glassware, and utensils. If you're unsure about what we might have, ask us. The range and oven allow you to whip up a meal for eight or a beautiful brunch to be enjoyed on the deck. You'll have no problem feeding the hungry vacationers. We provide a coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave. Should I bring linens or towels? Nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. Our linens will rival any hotel, and our cleaning crew will take care of everything when you leave. We provide linens for all beds, and we wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We'll also make sure there are plenty of towels for everyone. What's the television/movie situation? T.V. is optional at the house, but you won't miss anything on our 55 inch H.D. T.V. on the lower level as well as a 30" TV in the upstairs bedroom. ` Please note: The outside of the house is monitored by video. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house yard, deck, and one parking space in the garage. Other things to note Guests will have access to one parking spot in the garage. By booking this stay, all guests release the management company and owner of the property from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
