Hangers available for your use. - Additional full bathroom with a tub and shower. - You will have a full living room with a big sectional couch, smart TV, and an electric fireplace. - Kitchen and dining area- we have all things you would need in a kitchen including but not limited to a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of pods, toaster and more! Complete fridge and freezer access. Dining room table and chairs for 6. - Laundry Room features a stackable full-size washer and dryer available for your use. Laundry pods are available to get you started! - Home features a Rinnai tankless water heater- which means ENDLESS hot water! - Home is equipped with WiFi and password will be provided prior to check-in. - Sit outside on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch wicker bistro set. **Please not some decor and bedding may differ from the pictures.** There is a queen-size air mattress in the hallway closet you are welcome to use in the living room- it inflates and deflates itself. If you need the air mattress please request prior to arrival. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. Guests should not enter the shed in the backyard. Only enter through the front door. Guests not listed on the reservation may not stay without prior approval. Other things to note Please respect the neighborhood's quiet hours that begin at 10:00p. Make sure all doors are closed and locked when you leave the house. Please do not unplug the WiFi router at anytime during your stay which is located in the master bedroom. The home features two ring cameras- one located at the front door entrance and one located above the front door to monitor the driveway.
