Down from the level, we access the living area with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a toilet. From this level you access the huge outdoor terrace with barbecue and the pool area with a really privileged beach view. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. On the lower floor is the fifth bedroom, with a double bed, open to the staircase, with access to the garden overlooking the ocean. The property has air conditioners in all the bedrooms and the living room. It also has heating ( not included in the rate). Thanks to its ocean views from every level and every stay, it guarantees an unforgettable experience. A truly charming property with a Mediterranean twist. Other things to note On arrival you will find the following basics: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher tablets, trash bag inside each bucket, dishwashing detergent, a scoop and a kitchen cloth; everything necessary for the first few days but not stocked for the entire stay. No condiments or oil provided. Before arrival, the guest will be asked to register all the people who will be staying at the property ( to comply with the Spanish Royal Decree on Document Registration and Security Obligations, Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, 2021) Registration number VT 404 ME
