If your pet sleeps on the bed or sits on the couch...please use your own bedding for him or her. I don't charge an upfront pet fee, but I will ask for an extra cleaning fee if there is excessive pet clean up. PLEASE WALK THE PERIMETER of the backyard although enclosed there may be small gaps a smaller size dog can get through. NO PARKING IN FRONT YARD
