Wave it Out LLC is a bright & modern home with lots of natural light. We are blessed with a beautiful beach view which sets us apart from most rentals in the area nor do we have neighbors directly on either side of us which our guests LOVE!! You can walk back & forth to the beach & pool all day!! Often you will literally have the beach to yourself at the corner of our street. Please read our reviews & see for yourself what our previous guests enjoyed the most. You will LOVE the evening BREEZES!! The space We have an open living room/ kitchen combo on the main level with spiral stairs that take you to the upper level. Main level has the master bedroom (king)and master bath that has a separate tub and shower, laundry room and a half bath in the hallway to share. Upper level has 2 small bedrooms (one has a queen bed and the other has a king) and a small full bathroom for those occupants to share. Tv’s are only in the main living room, upstairs living area and in the master bedroom. TV’s are smart TV’s. You will need to login into your own streaming services, there is no cable. 6 guests MAX. This home is NOT suitable for extra guests. This home is best for 4 adults , the queen room is super small. Please do not attempt to book if you plan on having more then 6 guests. PARTIES are NOT allowed. You are welcome to reach out to me if you need to discuss something further. Guest staying upstairs can utilize the upstairs living room to keep their travel bags if they need additional room. There are also luggage racks for your convenience. Carry-on luggage style bags are best to maneuver up the stairs. City golf cart and noise ordinance are located in our Wave it Out book located at the home and MUST be followed. We respect our city and our neighbors. Guest access You can access almost anything!!! But please do not use anything inside the light pink locker located in the master bedroom closet downstairs. We stay fully booked so I keep extra sets of sheets and blankets for our cleaner to switch out each time. We might also have a couple of drawers locked up with extra cleaning supplies and house supplies but other than that make yourself at home. Other things to note Our home has mini splits and does NOT have central AC. Instructions are located in the Wave it Out book at the home but NO WORRIES the units also have Wi-Fi and we can help remotely if you have trouble getting your perfect temperature. Our home has spiral stairs and currently no elevator. Our home is raised on stilts and was built in 2014. Waveland and Bay St. Louis is a golf cart community so you definitely want to rent a golf cart to get back and forth from downtown Bay St. Louis to Wave it Out LLC. It’s about a straight 4 mile beach golf cart ride from our home to Trapani’s Eatery for reference, which is another reason our guest love our location and the beautiful beach ride to downtown. Our rental has a beach view, pool, and is walking distance back & forth to the beach and house . There is a BBQ, and fire pit. We hope to be lucky enough to host you and your loved ones!! I would say so far the only downside of being so close to the water and also near the woods is with this.. there are BUGS, they might get in the house if the door is left open too long!! Don’t let this scare you away.. they affect the entire County just want you to be aware and informed as much as possible!! We gladly welcome children and infants just please be aware of the many outside stairs, spirals stairs, pool is shallow no diving, we do not keep baby items at this home.. sorry we don’t have a lot of storage space and there are lots of breakable decor, we definitely don’t want you to be annoyed while your on vacation.. we want you to be able to relax so this is the only reason I am sharing this info!!The breezes are the best at Wave it Out LLC!! Lawn care, and pool maintenance might occur during your stay. Trash cannot stay on the street and guests may be asked to take trash out to the curb and bring back in if your stay takes place on trash days, sorry for the inconvenience. Please do not lean on the railings on the balcony (adults or children). Please read our reviews and if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out. We have large windows and sliding glass doors. We are super close to St. Clare for reference and a straight beach ride to Old Town BSL. Pool is shallow please no diving but it’s perfect for cooling off & hanging out. The pool is NOT currently heated.
