Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on the St Lawrence River. Large lawn, big outdoor deck in front of a sun room, private dock, outdoor BBQ, gorgeous views of Canada, sunsets, and ships passing their way through the 1000 Islands. The space The house has 2 bedrooms (one king in master, one queen in guest) and 2 baths. There is a daybed (trundle) in the sunroom. It is a summer home with no A/C but ceiling fans in all rooms. It is only available for July-October(ish). Guest access Entire house. There is a garage with an apartment above that is for my personal storage. It does not have water or AC. Your key will open the front door of house and the garage door.
