Our newly built (2022) home is located just 1 block to Journeyman Distillery and the quaint downtown of 3 Oaks. Our home has been thoughtfully designed to create a serene and memorable stay for our guests. Eclectic shops, restaurants, and galleries are a short walk away. Drive to local beaches in less than 15 minutes. Spend your day exploring Harbor Country - wineries, breweries, hiking, biking, golf, beaches, blueberry picking, antiquing, and so much more. 3 Oaks is at the center of it all! The space Welcome home to Cobie's Cottage! This house is a brand new construction (finished in Summer 2022), and ready for our guests to enjoy. Have your morning coffee on the front porch, hang with your friends/family in the open concept kitchen and living space, kick back with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, relax on the side patio, star gaze at night by the outdoor firepit... if you are looking to unwind, escape, and recharge, then Cobie's is the place for you! The main living room is equipped with a 60" FireTV for all your streaming needs. The home has 3 bedrooms. First bedroom has two twin beds. Second bedroom has a full bed, as well as a desk and chair for any remote workers. Master bedroom has king bed w/en suite master bath. Master bath features dual vanities and stand alone shower. The master bedroom has a 55" FireTV and large walk in closet. The second bathroom is a full bath with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go with new stainless steal appliances. There is a natural gas grill conveniently located out the side door on the back patio. For families with young children, we have a pack n' play ready to go! Feel free to bring your pup along ($50 pet fee) for your trip to Three Oaks! They’ll enjoy the yard/patio and walks in the neighborhood. Washer/dryer are available for use. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. Other things to note We provide all bed linens and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Dogs are welcome - we just ask that you please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard. All cleaning products used between guests are proven to be 99.9% effective on viruses and bacteria.
